“We didn’t set out to create a group of pubs. We started by buying our village local, The Baiting House, after it had fallen into disrepair and closed.
Once we’d brought it back to life, we fell in love with the Stockton Cross near Leominster. The Admiral Rodney near Worcester was next, followed by the Hopton Crown just over the border in Shropshire. I had happy memories of being taken there for lunch by my Aunt & Uncle over 40 years ago”
